When you use the booking or contact form, we collect what you enter: names, email address, phone number, event date, venue or location, and any message you include.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. We use this only to keep the site running and secure. This site does not use advertising trackers.
Footage captured on shoots
Our photos and video may include people, property and vehicles. Aerial footage can incidentally capture neighboring properties. We plan flights to avoid filming people or private property that are not part of the project, and we blur or remove identifiable bystanders on request.
How we use it
- To reply to inquiries, send quotes and schedule work.
- To deliver photos, films and reports to clients.
- To keep business records required for taxes, insurance and FAA compliance.
- To share selected work in our portfolio and social media, only with the client's permission.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, such as our website host, form provider, email and file-delivery services, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping afterwards. Client footage is archived for a limited period after delivery; ask us if you would like your files deleted sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to remove you from any portfolio use, by emailing northwestdroneandmedia@gmail.com.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
